Trong cửa sổ mở rộng 24–72 giờ, bài đáng đọc nhất là **An Alien Mind** của OpenAI Chief Scientist Jakub Pachocki.

Bài viết không phải product announcement.

Nó tập trung vào một vấn đề nền tảng:

AI hiện đại phần lớn được:

Một large reasoning model là sản phẩm của optimization trên lượng compute khổng lồ.

Model có thể rất thông minh.

Nhưng request vẫn phải chạy qua:

Ba việc đáng cân nhắc:

1.  Nếu organization bắt đầu có nhiều MCP servers/tools, xây **registry + ownership + approval + audit** trước khi ecosystem phát triển quá nhanh.
    
2.  Khi routing AI models, đưa **data-retention policy** vào cùng cost, latency và capability.
    
3.  Với serverless AI APIs, benchmark **cold-start end-to-end**, không chỉ inference latency.
    

Thông điệp lớn hôm nay:

**Production AI không chỉ cần model thông minh — nó cần infrastructure biết chính xác model, agent và tool được phép làm gì.**

Và càng nhiều thứ trở nên autonomous:
