Vừa rồi mình có đợt phỏng vấn tại đây, vị trí **Team Leader Backend**.
### Thông tin công ty
Đầu tiên khi mình research thông tin công ty -> quá ít thông tin, hầu như là trên các trên review không có tên công ty (chỉ thấy trên **Linkedin** của một số bạn đang hoặc đã từng làm ở đây).

**Người phỏng vấn:** Vietnamese Mgr, BSE, HR, and Mr.Higuchi (được bên HeadHunt thông báo).Thực tế khi phỏng vấn thi không có Mr.Higuchi.

\- You will be in charge of Leader for Web develomemnt project.
<Job detail>
\- Take part of the core development team, designing, developing, and maintaining backend and
frontend systems for our applications.
\- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
\- Optimizing application performance and scalability.
\- Troubleshooting and debugging production issues.
\- Other task will be assinged by manager

■Requirement :
<Must>
\- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
\- Experienced in PHP and Node.js development.
\- Experience in React.js / Next.js.
\- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
\- Understanding of RESTful APIs and writing efficient and optimized SQL queries.
\- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
\- Have problem-solving and analytical skills.
\- Strong learning ability, willing to learn new technologies and adapt
\- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
\- English: good at reading and writing
